The full price of this workshop is £294 per
person. The full price is payable for all bookings made, confirmed
or paid for AFTER 8th April 2010.
A booking may be made for HALF-PRICE,
which is £147 per person, by registering AND authorising
payment BEFORE 4 pm on Thursday 8th April 2010.
The half-price fee is available only with
full membership or FREE trial membership of New Horizon.
A FREE trial membership of New Horizon is
available to self-employed professionals or business owners or authorised
budget holders. Employed professionals or managers must confirm
approval of the business owner or budget holder to undertake New Horizon
membership.
Free trial membership is awarded
automatically upon confirmed registration of your place, subject to
eligibility and timing.
Free trial membership is cancelled
automatically after 30 days and incurs no fee, liability or subscription
charges whatsoever. Free trial membership is awarded without
obligation or penalty of any kind and will not lead to further purchases

This booking is binding within two weeks of
the start of the course. Payment may be made online via our PayPal
facility or by cheque, to be received by Rapid Return Development before
the early booking deadline of 4 p.m. on Thursday 8th April 2010. In
the event that payment is not received before the early booking deadline,
the full fee will remain payable. To cancel your place up to two
weeks before the start of the course, please contact us in
writing by email or post.
Within two weeks of the start of the course,
your place cannot be postponed to a later programme, nor cancelled without
100% penalty fee. However, places are transferrable to another named
delegate when advised to us up to seven days before the start of the
course. Other requests will be considered in exceptional
circumstances only. If you wish your case to be considered beyond
these stipulations, please give as much notice of difficulty as possible
and we shall do our best to reach a favourable resolution.
Participants are responsible for
safe-guarding their well-being and that of other course members at all
times during participation on this programme. By registering to
attend, you declare yourself fit to engage in verbal, visual, written and
mental exercises, involving both individual and group work, conducted in a
business-like setting within a reputable public venue. As such,
confidentiality of issues under discussion during the day is ensured only
by verbal agreement between course members and cannot be guaranteed on
their behalf by Rapid Return Development. This programme involves no
exceptionally strenuous physical activity.
In order to benefit from the 100% Value
Guarantee, participants must attend the full session and also must
complete the workplace assignment within 30 days of participation.
If for any reason you feel the sum value for money of your experience
equates to less than your fee, and if we are unable to offer you satisfactory
additional support, then we will invite you to declare at will the actual
value you have gained and will reimburse the difference in full.
We regret that once your booking has been
confirmed, failure to attend this programme due to personal or family
sickness, business urgency or any other change of circumstances will not
result in a refund of fees. Later attendance on a subsequent
programme may be made under any of these circumstances for an additional
review fee of £75 per person per day, subject to availability and prior
notice of intent.
